Ocean Planet in the Around Alone – Update

I am exhausted. When you are backed up with long lists to do, only a couple things need to have glitches and poof, you are behind schedule. I make it hard on myself and the crew because I’ve put a lot on the list to be more competitive. I could “cruise” safe and fast for a lot less effort and money, but I have got the bug to go faster and I am pushing to the limit to do it. We will pull it off!
But there is one big thing I need your help on. I worked every deal I can here and have gotten great deals on everything, but I am still short on cash to take care of all the bills. Some of the contractors have been very gracious and will allow me to make payments on the balances. A very special thanks to Hutcheson Boatbuilding for giving me more time, but not all of the hardworking folks will be comfortable to watch me sail off if I haven’t paid up! So, anything anybody can send will be appreciated!
I had a really great time doing a classroom lecture yesterday, although my schedule is so blinding that sometimes it makes it tough to go to the schools, but there are some things you just make time for and this is one of them. I love talking to the kids and answering their questions. It’s what I want to do when I grow up.
